Concordia Land Trust secures strategic land parcel

The Concordia Land Trust has secured another significant land parcel within the Concordia Growth Area. In July the Trust contracted with the owner of 64.80 hectares of underutilised rural land which held a strategic position in the future development area. This acquisition brings the Trust’s total landownership at Concordia to approximately 612 hectares, which represents 63% of the total Growth Area. The acquisition puts the Trust in a strong position to facilitate the efficient planning of infrastructure and urban development outcomes, in collaboration with State and Local Government and the community.
